• Site Clearance – we can mark out and clear off your site, getting in access roads and driveways if necessary
• Digging Foundations – our years of experience and attention to detail ensure all our foundations are dug out with care and precision. Whether you require a strip foundation or a raft foundation, we will guarantee a top quality job. Sloping sites and stepped foundations taken care of.
• Foundation Steel – we can supply and install reinforcing steel (also know as rebar or mesh steel) for your foundation, in preparation for pouring of concrete. We will work to the required building regulations and can liase with your engineer to make sure the work is carried out to their specifications. Special requirements are not a problem for us.
• Pouring Foundations – we will pour your foundation with care, ensuring a professional job is carried out every time.
• Building Foundations – We will lay your blocks to finished floor level, allowing for all underground waste pipes. We can also ensure your radon barrier is installed correctly, your foundation backfilled and compacted correctly and that everything is ready for your finished floor. If a subfloor is required, we will sort it, as well as insulation and floor reinforcing.
• Pouring Floors – Although very important, all of the work up to this point will remain unseen from now on. The quality of your finished floor will determine so much of your house finishes from now on. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality floor finish every time.
